Building Administration Services
UniTower Services Ltd can provide the following services to our clients:
- Issue of monthly analytical statements of the communal expenses for each unit.
- Maintaining the income and expenditure account.
- Settlement of the communal bills (EAC, Waterboard, Elevator maintenance etc).
- Maintaining a Reserve Fund account for future building maintenance and technical repairs.
- Cleaning of the communal area as defined in the contract with the client (Entrance, Stairs, Elevator, Doors and Windows, Entrance Toilette for disabled, Parking lot, garbage area, etc).
- Regular visits to the building to ensure proper functioning of the building regarding its technical parts, cleaning, safety etc.
- Availability of technician in case of emergency.
