Building Administration Services

UniTower Services Ltd can provide the following services to our clients:

• Issue of monthly analytical statements of the communal expenses for each unit.
• Maintaining the income and expenditure account.
• Settlement of the communal bills (EAC, Waterboard, Elevator maintenance etc).
• Maintaining a Reserve Fund account for future building maintenance and technical repairs.
• Cleaning of the communal area as defined in the contract with the client (Entrance, Stairs, Elevator, Doors and Windows, Entrance Toilette for disabled, Parking lot, garbage area, etc).
• Regular visits to the building to ensure proper functioning of the building regarding its technical parts, cleaning, safety etc.
• Availability of technician in case of emergency.
